PROPERIES STILL SELLING UNDER THE HAMMER
Pughs filled the auction room at the Feathers Hotel, Ledbury as they offered 3 lots of all varying interests

Lot one was 38 Woodfield Road, a three bedroom bungalow in need of modernisation situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in the market town of Ledbury. The guide price of this property was £150,000 - £180,000. There had been good interest for this property before the auction due it its very sensible guide price. In the room the bidding was brisk and resulted in the property selling for a very respectable £170,000.

Lot two was the parcel of land at Mathon, near Malvern. Approximately 1.63 acres of pasture land with road access and long frontage to Cradley brook. It had a guide price of £15,000 - £20,000. The bidding was strong from a number of bidders and ended at £27,000 to a local resident.

Lot three was 129.66 acres of land plus two agricultural buildings at Brockamin, Leigh. It consisted of two good sized parcels of fertile arable land with woodland to the Western boundary. The guide price was £6,000 per acre. There was a good amount of interest for this property however it did not quite meet its reserve however there is still a good amount of interest afterwards.
