BRISTOL DISPERSAL AUCTION BURSTS WITH PRICES |
H J Pugh & Co conducted the dispersal auction of Mr Clarke deceased of Clutton, Bristol, which was held at his moderate property rear the centre of the village, which meant there was very little parking and viewing space.
The main attractions of the 300 lot unreserved auction were the four tractors. These being an Allis Chalmers WF styled with a P4 engine £3500, McCormick W4 £2880, Ferguson T20 with P3 engine £1500, and a Fordson Dexta with P3 engine £1100. All the tractors has been well maintained and been used at many ploughing matches and shows.
Other interesting sold items included £550 for a Model trailed Ransomes plough, £170 6 Perkins books, £40 quantity of tractor badges, £45 7 lorry prints, £40 5 Roadless books, £40 Perkins RV starter.
Overall all parties were very pleased with the outcome and auctioneer James Pugh was happy that all items had been sold and pleased to be able to provide professional service for all sizes of auctions.
